    Why It Matters

Many households in the communities we serve face food insecurity, limited resources, and high unemployment. Providing regular meals, nutrition education, and wellness programmes ensures that children, youth, and adults have the support needed to stay healthy, focused, and engaged in school and community life. Healthy individuals are better able to learn, work, and contribute positively to their families and neighbourhoods.
