The Education Support Initiative strengthens the learning of school-age children through after-school programmes, focused tutoring, and guided homework support. Running at multiple Good News Centres, our mission is to ensure that children have the skills, confidence, and encouragement to succeed academically and build a brighter future.
Literacy & Numeracy Extension lessons – WordWorks and TIME literacy programmes to improve reading, writing, and math skills in a supportive environment with tutors
Extra Lessons – English extension and additional maths lessons to help children keep up or excel at school.
Homework Clubs – Safe spaces where children receive guidance, resources, and encouragement to complete schoolwork
